Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business daysof payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation (via email or WhatsApp) once your order is confirmed, and another when it ships.
Delivery times
- Lagos: 1–3 business days
- Other major cities: 2–5 business days
- Remote areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed. Public holidays and peak periods may cause slight delays.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight and chosen delivery speed. Any available free-shipping promotions will be applied automatically.
Tracking your order
Once your order is confirmed, you can track its status any time via Track My Order . Pick your pending order and send us a WhatsApp message pre-filled with your order number.
Damaged or missing items
If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 48 hoursof delivery with photos of the package and items, and we'll make it right. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
Undeliverable packages
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. If a courier can't reach you after multiple attempts, the package returns to us and we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping fees may apply).
